I’m gonna see this if I can do it in record time.  Normally my blog takes me about 20 minutes; I have 4.   We are going to get our Christmas tree today.  In the past, I thought it was a bit early, but as I’m, trying to SQUEEZE every ounce out of this holiday, I say why not??

Also, last night Avery started decorating while the rest of us sat on our butts and watched TV.  I watched her weave her way in and out of boxes, oohhing and awwwing at all the stuff she was finding.   She took every strand she could find and wove it in and out of the banister poles.  She hung each stocking and even hung one for the dogs.

She decided where the tree was going to go, and single handedly moved a massage chair out of the way to make room.  This girl has a plan in mind and no one is going to stop her.

Didn’t I just mention the other day that this is what I love about her???  She has vision. Something I seriously lack.
So, we are meeting grandpa (our annual tradition) have breakfast together and then the the girls will pick out a tree after they run up and down the rows to make sure they get the right one.

Chris always lobbies for the Charlie Brown….but he usually loses…..being outnumbered and all.

The last thing you want to do is spend Christmas with three ticked off females.  That would make for a long season!!!

So wish us luck on this rainy day.  After the tree; you will find me and Aspen at the dance studio.  Today is Nutcracker Tea and we will be there from 12-7.  It’s an all day affair.  Should be fun; but I’ll expect to collapse when I get home tonite.
