I can’t believe today is the actual Nutcracker day!  Months of preparation come down to this.

Last night I got a glimpse as it was the on-stage dress rehearsal.  I came in and out, but was mostly out as I was taking cast pictures.

It was so much fun to see what little I did.  The costumes look amazing (thanks Amanda and Lana and ALL the volunteers).  And the casts hard work has really paid off!  I see a huge difference, even in the last few weeks.

It’s countless times of doing the same things over and over with changes here and tweaks there.  It’s amazing how much time and how many people it takes to put together a production.

I have sat in audiences, in the past, and given a thumbs up or thumbs down.  But until I participated in this production, I had no idea how much went into it.

I’ve been fortunate enough to sit in on many classes and take pictures and watch the dancers develop.  I tried to insert pictures, but this program doesn’t like me, so I can’t.
