Yesterday I woke up and went for my workout with Heidi.  The workout wasn’t anything extraordinarily hard, but my energy level wasn’t 100%.  When I came home the energy level never really returned.  I was pretty much a veg all day.  Then for about 2 hours, I worked on a project and then ran my daughter for some errands, picked up the other from her friends house, grabbed dinner and came home.

After that I decided to put the jammies on and head upstairs.  I ended up in bed just after 8 and literally passed out by 9.  I had the girls lock up the house and after that command, I remember nothing.

I woke up briefly at 1:30 and then 5:30 but ultimately slept until just after 7.  Because when the alarm went off at 6:45, I didn’t move.

I’m up now, but wow…..what was that about?

It’s probably the most solid sleep I have had in a long time.  I don’t remember flopping around like I normally do.  I clearly needed it.

This morning, though I feel rested I’m not sure I’m done.

It’s been a lot of years since I bounced out of be with energy to do anything.  The only reason I ever actually get out of bed is because my brain makes it impossible for my body to continue laying down.

I don’t really have much else to say right now.
